Shipping policy

Dispatch and delivery

We ship orders within India. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed at or after 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the next day. We dispatch every day, including Sundays.

Delivery is expected within approximately 2 days after dispatch, in Tamil Nadu and other Indian states. This is an estimate; courier availability, the delivery location, weather or other disruptions may affect the arrival date. Dispatch is the handover of your parcel to the courier.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders of ₹2,999 or less. Orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free shipping. Eligibility is based on the order amount after discounts; the final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Address, tracking and delays

Please enter a complete delivery address and an accurate phone number. Contact us promptly if you need to correct your address. Tracking details will be shared when available. If your parcel is delayed or appears damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help.
